1.1 Website Design Services
- Before Project Initiation: A full refund will be provided if the project is canceled before any work has commenced.
- After Initial Concepts Are Delivered: If the project is canceled after the initial designs or concepts have been delivered, a partial refund may be issued. The amount refunded will be proportional to the work completed.
- After Approval of Designs: Once the designs are approved, no refunds will be issued as the work is considered completed.
1.2 Software Development Services
- Before Development Begins: A full refund will be provided if the project is canceled before the development phase starts.
- During Development: Refunds will be considered based on the work completed. The refundable amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of completed milestones from the total project cost.
- After Project Completion: No refunds will be issued once the software is delivered and approved by the client.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultation fees
- Domain registration, hosting services, or third-party tools/licenses purchased on behalf of the client
- Urgent or rush projects where expedited timelines are requested
- Maintenance, updates, or post-completion support services
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@rednosesoftware.com.
- Include details such as the project name, invoice number, and the reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within [15 days of approval and issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Conditions for Refund Denial
Refund requests may be denied under the following conditions:
- The client fails to provide necessary materials, approvals, or responses, causing project delays.
- The project is canceled due to non-payment or breach of terms by the client.
- Deliverables have been completed and approved by the client.
- The request is based on subjective dissatisfaction after agreed deliverables are completed as per the project scope.
5. Amendments and Revisions
- We encourage open communication during the project to ensure satisfaction.
- Minor revisions and adjustments are included in the project scope and will not affect the refund eligibility.
- Significant scope changes may incur additional costs and are not grounds for refunds.
